Gilt-Brass Automaton Dog Clock

The backplate of the movement contains the unidentified maker's mark IF within a shield. The finely cast and chased gilt dog figure is recumbent on a checkered floor with automaton eyes connected to the escapement and the mouth opening and shutting during the striking.
