When Tiffany became artistic director of Tiffany & Co. after his father’s death in 1902, Tiffany Studios began producing artistic jewelry. After 1907 until his death in 1933, Tiffany had his jewelry made at the workshops of Tiffany & Co. The pieces in our Collection date from this period. The pieces from this era usually highlight the color, shape, and texture of the stones, and they often include filigree and enamel. They also tend to be stylized and symmetrical. The craftsmanship is superb.
