Massachusetts Shelf Clock with Rare Striking

This eight-day, time and strike Massachusetts shelf is signed on the dial, Warranted by J. Wilder, Hingham. The original finish mahogany case contains a concave “dish” dial. Cast weights retain their “duck bill” hooks. The original paper label pasted on the inside of the backboard documents the history and provenance of this clock.
