Desription

Silvered time dial and calendar dial below. The bell striking open spring movement with shaped plates is signed,S.E. Root, Bristol Conn on the front, and Patented July 13th 1869 on the back. Calendar indicates day, date and month. The whole is within a shaped silvered frame and is raised on a wood plinth signed, H.B.Horton's Patents April 16th 1865 and August 28th 1866, Ithaca Calendar Clock Co.
